About b-uncut

b-uncut is a powerful new art marketplace started in late 2007 as a community of like-minded, emerging and contemporary artists led by Philip Letts, innovation artist and abstract photographer.

Philip’s aim was to create a community where artists could free themselves from the confines of the legacy art marketplace, where all too often galleries and auction houses act as choke points rather than facilitators.

b-uncut initially provided artists with a virtual studio, online community and social media platform, however the b-uncut movement has become so successful that now b-uncut.com is a digital marketplace and destination for creative directors wanting to source original artwork and emerging art buyers worldwide.

We’ve created this blog as a platform to bridge the gap between artists, art lovers, art directors and buyers, and we look forward to connecting with fellow Internet wanderers!
